Thank you for downloading the first episode. This is Season 1 planned for 10 to 15 episodes. The main goal of this podcast is to help the audience understand different aspects of the construction business. Each episode will last from 30 to 45 minutes with some exceptions. This is the first time that I’m trying something like this, so please bear with me as we go through this experiment. I will make some mistakes, and I’m extremely nervous behind the mic, but I’m also very excited to learn a lot from my guests. After spending 10 years in the industry, it’s amazing to see how much I still don’t know about it. If you are interested in joining the construction industry or if you’re already part of this huge construction family and you’d like to discover new ways to perform at a higher level, this podcast is for you. You may also listen to our episodes if you want to hear from your fellow construction workers and managers.
I will try my best to ask questions that will inform, inspire, and challenge the status quo, but I will only be successful if you help me in three major ways. First, I need help finding new guests. It can be you or people you know or both. All construction sectors and all levels are welcomed. I don’t know what it is yet, but it seems like many people that I know are afraid to openly share their thoughts about construction, or maybe they don’t think their opinion will make a difference. I hope I’m wrong about this, and I hope that once we get started, many of you will reach out. And this is the easy part.
